All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless they meet the following condition: only defective item(s) can be returned (damage, dirt, sewing defects). *You cannot return your online purchase for size, fit or style reasons.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at email@example.com with proof of purchase and either a picture or video of the product defect, and request a return.
*In some cases, we are unable to regard the item as defective, and you may not be allowed to return the item.
*Returns are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases or any purchases made through our third-party vendors.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and we will take on shipping charges to send exchanged item(s) from Japan. In case customer wishes to exchange for the customers' personal preferences such as size, customers are responsible for both shipping charges.
*Items can be exchanged for the same model in a different size or color, if available.
*Exchanges with different items will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns/Exchanges are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases or any purchases made through our third-party vendors.
Item(s) must be returned in its(their) original conditions, neatly packed and with tags attached.
The returned item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. The Tabis’ soles/bottoms must be returned in perfect conditions and should not show any signs of use.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned if the item(s) are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
A cancellation is not allowed after your order is confirmed.
